Well, I've been a deviant for more than four months now. I suppose it's time to leave a journal entry, not that I actually expect people to read it. Anyway, anyone who is paying attention will notice that I rarely upload anything, and when I do, I upload pictures I took months ago. I am way behind, but I do have several more to upload in the near future. I just can't seem to find the time.

Up till now my life has been fairly constant. I've always lived in the backwoods of West Virginia. I've always attended small schools where I knew most of the people. I've always been near family and friends, and surrounded by people I know and trust.

Next week I have to take my final exams, and then I'm leaving this place behind. I'm moving to Morgantown, which isn't that far away really, but it's something completely new and alltogether frightening for me. I've never spent more than a view days visiting a city, and I hate the idea of living in one. I'll be living with people I barely know. I'll be working in a city where I don't know my way around. I'll be attending a school with more than 23,000 students (compared to not quite 1300 here at Potomac State).

So basically, everything in my life is changing. Not all of the changes are drastic, but for a person who is as apprehensive about change as I am, it's almost too much to withstand. I'm coping, mainly thanks to a combination of B-rated horror movies at 3 AM and questionable fanfiction. But for anyone who was wondering, this is why I haven't been online much, even AIM and VF. I miss you guys, and once I get an internet connection set up in Morgantown, I'll be back in all my glory (I hope).
